Akriti Bansal is the Founder and Actuarial Lead at AKUracy Services.

With over 12 years of actuarial experience, Akriti has built her career at the intersection of
technical excellence, practical problem-solving, and professional growth. Her experience
spans consulting, insurance, climate risk, and international markets, having supported
insurers, consultancies, and global clients across the United Kingdom, Europe, Bermuda,
Canada, and other international jurisdictions.

Throughout her career, she has worked across reserving, pricing, capital modelling,
validation, audit support, climate risk analytics, and parametric insurance solutions. More
recently, her work has focused on developing innovative climate insurance solutions
designed to strengthen resilience for vulnerable communities exposed to climate-related
risks.

As an Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) and a Climate Risk &
Sustainability professional, Akriti combines technical actuarial expertise with a broader
understanding of emerging risks, climate resilience, and the evolving role of the actuarial
profession.
